ARTICLE X: SCHOLARSHIP FUND
Section 3 Scholarship award eligibility shall be limited to relatives of the Pipeliners Association's members in good standing. (A member in good standing for scholarship purposes shall have paid dues for a minimum of two (2) years. In addition, the sponsoring member must have attended a minimum of four (4) meetings, evidenced by signature and attendance records during the CALENDAR YEAR preceding the review of his/her relatives application).
Section 4 The recipient shall be a second, third, fourth, or fifth year student. First year and graduate school students are not eligible to receive a Pipeline scholarship. The scholarship recipient shall attend an accredited college or university. No restriction shall be placed on the recipient's degree program.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. Applications require OFFICIAL transcripts which include applicants name and social security #, but do not need to be sealed.
3. Please submit application with a recent (less than one year old) photograph.
4. Please mail the Official Transcript and Three (3) Reference Letters (200 words or less) to:

5. Applications, transcript, and references must be submitted/postmarked by February 26, 2010.
6. In person interviews will be held on Saturday, April 3, 2010 at Mustang Engineering - 16001 Park Ten Place, Houston, Texas 77084.
7. Phone or make-up interviews are not allowed. No exceptions.
8. Interview schedule will be e-mailed to Applicants no later than March 26, 2010 (requests for special interview times must be made by March 19, 2010).
