2009 – Arthur H. Reine, PE - Arthur H. Reine has over 50 years in the pipeline industry where he has been a chief engineer, project manager, a senior VP and even a president.  His career has carried him across 70 countries and over 16,000 miles of pipeline.  

2008- Paul G. Somerville, has over 37 years in the pipeline construction industry where he has  been an union steward, laborer, operator, truck driver, office manager, engineer, foreman and assistant superintendent.  Currently, he is the Chairman & C.E.O. of Associated Pipe Line Contractors, Inc.
